SHIPPING POLICY

We offer two shipping options for all orders within the United States & Canada:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Insured)
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Cost: FREE on all orders
- Fully insured — if it's lost or damaged, we replace it

EXPRESS SHIPPING
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $4.99
- For when you need your eggs perfect, fast

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at [https://ixria.com/apps/parcelpanel] or by replying to your confirmation email.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at [support email] and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
